What is the difference between the two levels?
AI SOC handles the threats, carries out the response and closes the issues. CISO adds the reporting leadership needs to decide and prove: the monthly SOC report, board and compliance reports, and the analysis, forecasting and comparison inside them.
Is there a monthly minimum?
Yes. AI SOC has a $200 monthly minimum and CISO a $500 monthly minimum. Above that, you pay per user.
Do new detections cost extra?
No. New threat coverage reaches every customer automatically, with nothing to configure or buy.
Can I try it first?
Yes. The 30-day trial connects to Microsoft 365, so identity and email coverage start working on your own data.
Can I run the data pipeline on its own?
Yes. Ingext Community Edition, the self-hosted data pipeline, is free and open on GitHub.
