Use of Services

You may use the Services only in compliance with applicable laws, these terms, and any written agreement between your organization and Ingext / Fluency Corp. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials and for all activity under your accounts.

Trials and Evaluations

Trial, beta, preview, or evaluation features may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time. They are provided for evaluation purposes and should not be used for production workloads unless expressly authorized in writing.

Customer Data

You retain ownership of data you submit to the Services. You grant Ingext / Fluency Corp the rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that data solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services to:

The Services may integrate with third-party products or services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies, and Ingext / Fluency Corp is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Disclaimers and Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided without warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement. Ingext / Fluency Corp will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages except where prohibited by law.
